Participatory Action Towards Holistic (PATH) Development Program was implemented in 3 districts of the Central Development Region viz; Chitwan, Makawanpur and Sarlahi with financial support of Novib Netherlands. The key goal of the program was to strengthen participatory governance process in the country with catalytic role of civil society. It had specific objectives of institutionalizing sustainable development forum of governance; enhancing capacity of resource center of CDR to deal with the dynamic and holistic need of governance; and strengthening marginalized and deprived sections of society for policy influencing on human governance.
