Socio Economic Transformation (SET) Program was implemented in 2 VDCs of Chitwan (Kumroj and Bachhauli), 2 VDCs of Makwanpur (Handikhola and Basamadhi) and 2 VDCs of Sarlahi (Haripur and Harion) with the financial support of the World Accord – Canada. The program aimed for enhancing sustainable social harmony, peace and socio-economic development process; and promoting social and economic empowerment of women and socially excluded groups for enabling them to lead dignified life in the society.
