Strengthening of Civil Society Organization Program (SCOP) was implemented in 9 VDCs of Central Development Region with the financial support of Cardinal Ledger and His Endeavors-Canada. The major goal of the program was to provide voice to powerless people by strengthening the civil society organizations working for the development of deprived and marginalized communities and to build capacity of resource poor farmers and disadvantaged groups (DAGs).
